SKILLS ASSESSMENT

Shinsei Skills Assessment Program

A transformative journey to clarify your path, elevate your strengths, and design a future that truly aligns with who you are.

Rooted in the French legal framework (Article R6313‑4 of the Labour Code), our program blends structured methodology with a deeply human, introspective approach. Each participant is guided through a personalised exploration of their motivations, talents, values, and professional aspirations.
